She is a samurai pastry chef and server. Her precision artistry with desserts and her peculiar serving style are a combination of her family heritage - dad is a former Nazi engineer and her mother is "Onna", a traditional Japanese woman and mother.
She has issues...
Her anger about her family history, and traditionalist practices forcing her into family business of desserts, comes out in her wicked aggressive cooking and serving style, and she awkwardly continues family tradition of doing the “heil hitler” salute but with either the dessert or the sword.
... And Dreams
She is constantly conflicted with her issues and her desires.
Can she find a way to honor both?
Well she is going to try. But will her enterprise with Golfin' GoNuts allow her to buy her way to freedom and serenity?
